Your national economy and that of the nations neighboring the USSR are very fragile and weak.
The United States has taken some steps to develop the economy of western-Europe and even of West-Germany. Despite this, though, your have agents in those areas that tell you there is much discontent with the economy. Perhaps those people will support a socialist revolution.
